Here's what you'll need:
Wilton Candy Melts (or colored melting chocolate)
Lollipop Sticks
Large Marshmallows
Mint Thin Cookies
Kisses
Choc. Sprinkles
Food Coloring Markers
How to do it:
Melt your chocolate according to package directions
Stick your lollipop stick into marshmallow without going all the way through the marshmallow
Dip your marshmallow into chocolate and gently tap extra chocolate off
Set aside until chocolate is tacky, but not hardened
For the witch hats: take and dip your kiss into the chocolate and place it on the cookie
You can go ahead and dip Frankenstien into sprinkles. The cookie/kiss hat can be placed on to the remaining marshmallows.
Place pops into fridge to harden chocolate.
Once hardened, you can use the food color marker to draw faces on the pops.
