It is also dishwasher safe which is a bonus for busy families!
I LOVE this skillet. Thanks to the nonstick coating, it doesn't have to be seasoned or have special care. It is also much, much lighter than a regular cast iron skillet which makes moving the pan around easy.
I cannot wait to cook some of my holiday favorites in my new Cuisinart CastLite Skillet.
