Do you have a child(s) that is interested in Aviation, RC, Helicopters, or Drones? Well, you do not want to miss this. The Chattanooga Radio Control Club (CRCC) is opening its airfield to the public, especially to the younger ones. They are offering hands-on training and flying to those children or adults that are interested in learning how to fly RC planes, drones, and helicopters. They have trained professionals available to educate and train you all day on simulators and hands-on.
You do not need to bring a plane, they have some all ready for you to try out. From 1ft to 8 ft wide and larger.
This is a great opportunity to introduce your family to a whole new side of RC.
So pack up the family and head out to the CRCC Airfield in Ooltewah TN, just 5 miles outside of Chattanooga. It's just a hop skip and a jump to some fun and quality family time.
This is a free event and there will be a food truck onsite for getting your "grub on". Come out and make it a day, bring the lawn chairs and sit back and enjoy yourself for those who just want to observe the scene. Everyone is welcome.
